This Policy is issued in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described below.

1.1 Information You Provide
- Enquiry & Account Information: Name, email address, company name, phone number, job title, and project details when you request a quote, site survey, or contact us through our website.
- Project & Site Information: Drawings, specifications, photographs, and as-built data you share with us in connection with a quotation, installation, or maintenance engagement.
- Maintenance Account Records: Site addresses, contact escalation lists, equipment inventories, and service history we maintain to deliver your maintenance contract.
- Payment & Invoicing Information: Billing contact and tax registration details. Payment instrument details (if applicable) are processed through third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the website, referring URLs, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, IP address, and general location (city/region level).
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyse usage. See Section 6 for details.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from main contractors, consultants, property managers, or facility partners where you are involved in a project we are quoting or executing, and from third-party services you authorise us to integrate with for service delivery.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Services: Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver installations, manage maintenance contracts, supply spare parts, and provide technical support.
- Communicate with You: Send project updates, scheduled maintenance reminders, service reports, invoices, and respond to enquiries.
- Improve the Services: Analyse usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and develop new offerings.
- Ensure Security and Safety: Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorised access, and security threats; maintain on-site safety records.
- Comply with Legal Obligations: Meet regulatory and statutory requirements, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Services (e.g. cloud hosting, accounting, email delivery, payment processing). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Project Stakeholders: With main contractors, consultants, building owners, or facility managers where required to deliver a specific project you are involved in.

- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorise us to share your information.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
- Enquiry and project data: Retained for the duration of any active engagement, plus the longer of (a) the warranty period of installed equipment and (b) seven (7) years for tax and audit compliance.
- Maintenance contract records: Retained for the duration of the contract plus seven (7) years.
- Website enquiry submissions (unconverted): Retained for up to two (2) years.
- Usage and analytics data: Retained in aggregated, anonymised form indefinitely.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 11). Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security arrangements to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal, including:
- Encryption: Data in transit secured by TLS; sensitive data at rest encrypted using industry-standard algorithms.
- Access Controls: Role-based access controls limit data access to authorised personnel only.

8. Cross-Border Transfers
Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore (for example, via cloud service providers), we take steps to ensure that the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on our website and update the "Effective Date" above. Material changes will be highlighted. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
